We, at Brian Geary Toyota, are looking to provide you with an opportunity to complete your apprenticeship programme.

The apprenticeships on offer are in both the Workshop and Bodyshop and the locations are in both Raheen, Limerick and Rathkeale, Co. Limerick.

What is involved?

The route to this qualification is through a four-year programme.

The majority of the learning is on the job learning from our experienced professionals.

There are 3 phases of full time off-the-job study in accordance with the SOLAS scheduling system.

Brian Geary Toyota are looking for a Qualified Motor Technician to join our aftersales team in Raheen, Limerick.
The successful candidate will be a member of the aftersales team and will be responsible for service and maintenance of customer vehicles. The role is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to put their skills to the test and make a valuable contribution to the business.

The Job -

• Conducting vehicle diagnosis, service and maintenance in line with manufacturers standards
• To conduct road testing and quality control inspections as required
• Performing work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracy
• Communicate with the parts department
• Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Attend professional training when requested
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work closely with all teams and departments to contribute positively to the vision, culture, and customer experience

Brian Geary Toyota are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and organised person to join our team in Rathkeale, Co. Limerick.

The Job -

• Receiving and checking incoming parts and supplies.
• Servicing a team of workshop and bodyshop technicians in an efficient manner and liaising with the service advisors and managers daily.
• Maintain spare parts in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Prepare orders to replenish parts and supplies.
• Provide customer support service in a retail setting in person and over the telephone.
• Advise retail customers and team members on appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials requested.
• Manage and process spare parts returns as required and keep records of same.
• Carry out regular stock takes.
• Work closely with all teams and departments to contribute positively to the vision, culture and customer experience.

What we are looking for -

• A working knowledge of auto parts is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to communicate well with customers and the team.
• Be able to follow standards and to have good organisational skills.
• To be able to work independently and have a sense of ownership/pride in the working environment.
• IT proficiency is essential.

About the role:

As a Brian Geary Toyota Senior Sales Executive, you will be joining a team recognised by the industry and our customers for providing outstanding customer service.

You will contribute to the sales team and will be an integral member of the team for pricing, assessing and selling.

Role responsibilities:

• Providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process so all customer expectations are met, if not exceeded.
• Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with proficiently
• Work as part of the team to achieve team goals for New Cars, Light Commercials, Used Cars, Finance and other sales related products
• Assist the sales team with valuing trade-ins and assessing reconditioning costs
• Continuously improve and learn through our training and feedback

What we are looking for:

• Experience in the Motor Industry a prerequisite
• Ability to assess vehicles and have knowledge of reconditioning costs
• Track record of selling finance
• Commercial sales experience desirable
