The Ichiban (Japanese for “Number One”) Award is a mark of distinction, honouring just 46 Toyota retailers across Europe from a pool of over 2,500, for their outstanding performance in customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and dedication to the brand’s core values. This year’s award ceremony was held in Bologna, Italy, in the heart of Motor Valley – a fitting location to celebrate excellence in the automotive industry.
